Solutions for small and medium enterprises,
corporation and chain businesses

We build extensive systems for analyzing financial data (revenues, costs, assets, liabilities and capitals) based on the data disclosed in:

the books of accounts
the extensive revenue and expense ledger kept in our ACCM Accounting and ACCM Office systems.

The data are presented in monthly accounts and cumulative accounts. It is possible to present deviations from the budget plans and, in case of chain businesses, from other similar facilities.

Profitability analysis

We generate, in monthly cycles, extensive analyses matched to the expectations of each individual Client. We may present:

revenue analysis

based on the data generated from external systems
in multidimensional approach by e.g. projects, locations, structures, processes.

cost analysis

in multilevel approach, e.g. three-level - presentation of a variety of cost items, detailed specification of items and presentation of specific documents – postings – disclosed under a given item in the analysis
in multidimensional approach, e.g. cost centers, projects, processes.

Balance sheet analysis

The balance sheets illustrating the structure of assets, liabilities and capitals are generated in monthly cycles, customized to the Client’s individual profile. It is also possible to prepare balance sheets on the basis of data from the extensive revenue of expense ledger.

Budgeting models and budgetary control analyses

We generate budgets according to the Client’s expectations and, subsequently, we prepare budgetary control analyses.

Chain (franchising) business analyses

We create individual data warehouses tailored to the Client's needs to generate the analyses of:

the entire chain business,
mix-max for selected items in individual facilities,
comparative, i.e. data pertaining to specific facilities, data used for budgetary information, year-to-year historical data ,
monitoring of purchases from indicated providers of services, with optional information about the actual payment date.

Analysis of profitability and project feasibility

We generate analyses of profitability and feasibility of projects performed in the enterprise, having regard both to revenues and costs, as well as to the cash flows connected with project implementation.
